Ok, here's one: the Merck home version IF you get the physians version, maybe. The tightwad gazzette's are bibles on making do with less using current artifacts.

Pocket Reference, by Thomas Glover. This is a MUST buy.
This is a most amazing dictionary of engineering Information I've seen in SCORES. Also, buy a solar scientific calculator from a 'MART' store, and wrap it in aluminum foil, for later use. Don't know how to use one, that's OK someone will (or you'll learn), and it will make your life better.
